Privacy Policy
I'm Bheem, and VelrixTech is a one-person studio — so this privacy policy is short, written by me, and describes exactly what this website does. No copied legal boilerplate, no clauses about systems I don't run. If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date above.
What information do I collect?
Only what you choose to send me: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell me about your project. That's it. This website has no user accounts, no sign-ups, no payment processing, and no hidden tracking that collects anything else behind the scenes.
In practice, information reaches me one of three ways — you message me on WhatsApp, you email support@velrixtech.com, or you use the contact form on the homepage. In every case, you decide what to share. I never ask for more than I need to reply and scope your project.
How do I use your information?
For exactly two things: replying to your enquiry and delivering your project. I never sell, rent, trade, or share your details with anyone — no marketing lists, no "partners", no data brokers. Your project details stay between you and me.
If you don't end up working with me, your enquiry simply sits in my WhatsApp or email inbox like any normal conversation. You can ask me to delete it anytime — more on that below.
What happens when you submit the contact form?
The form has no backend. When you hit send, it opens your own WhatsApp app with the message pre-filled — you review it and send it yourself. (Prefer email? The email link on the contact section opens your own mail app the same way.) Nothing is uploaded to my server, nothing is stored in a database, because there is no database.
This is worth spelling out because it's unusual: most contact forms post your details to a server first. Mine doesn't. Until you actually press send inside your own WhatsApp or mail app, I haven't received anything at all. If you close the app instead, no data has left your device.
Do I use cookies or analytics?
No analytics cookies, currently. I don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any tracking scripts. The only records that exist are standard server logs kept by my hosting provider — the routine technical logs (like IP address and request time) that virtually every website on the internet generates.
I don't use those logs to identify or profile visitors; they exist for security and keeping the server running. If I ever add an analytics tool in future, I'll update this page first and say so plainly.
Which third-party services does this site load?
Two: Google Fonts (for the typefaces) and the Font Awesome CDN (for icons). When your browser fetches those files, those providers can see standard request data such as your IP address and browser type — the same as any file loaded from any server.
Neither service is used by me to track you, and I don't receive any data from them. They're loaded purely so the site looks the way it does. If you contact me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation, just as your email provider's applies to email.
Mera data delete karwana ho to kya karna hoga?
Bas ek email bhej dijiye support@velrixtech.com par — "mera data delete kar do" itna kaafi hai. Main aapki chat, email aur project details apne records se hata dunga aur confirm kar dunga. Koi form nahi, koi 30-page process nahi.
Kyunki main solo developer hoon, aapka data kisi CRM ya third-party system me nahi baitha hota — woh sirf meri WhatsApp chat aur email inbox me hota hai. Isliye delete karna bhi simple hai. Aap kabhi bhi puch sakte hain ki mere paas aapka kya data hai — seedha jawab milega, within 24 hours.
How do you contact me about privacy?
Email support@velrixtech.com or message me on WhatsApp at +91 96025 14869. I personally read and answer everything — there's no support team, so you're always talking directly to the person responsible for your data.

If you'd rather use the form, it's on the contact section of the homepage — and as explained above, it opens your own app, so you stay in control the whole way.
